September 21 - September 25, 2015

Fall is here this morning!  Cool, crisp weather for the week.  School is finally in full swing.  Important things this week:

Permission slips for the Freshman Field Trip to the Museum of Science on October 14th will be distributed today from World History teachers.  Get you slips signed and return with the fee as soon as possible.  If there is a problem getting the fee, see me.  It should be a fun day for Freshman, and the rest of the school will be taking SATs.

Homework Club starts this week on Thursday in Mr. Stanton's room until 3 p.m.  Stay and get extra help from National Honor Society Students, or just do your homework.

Picture Day is Friday, September 25. Remember to bring your envelopes.

Last week for Summer Reading during Advisory.  Take the time and do your artifact, find a quote that relates to your book, and make your presentation. 

Afterschool homework time with Mrs. Baker and Mrs. Vincent on Tuesday and Thursday this week.  Stay and get caught up or just do your homework.

English: Animal Farm continues. New Vocabulary this week as well. Remember to read for 15 minutes each night and do your reading log!!!!

History: 9/11 Interview is due, also the Propaganda poster assignment.  Chapter 28 sections 1, 4, and 5 are also due from last week.  Are you doing your homework?  Remember to spread it out over the week.

Biology: Cell notes and activities this week, then a Unit Test.

Math: Finishing up chapter 4 review.  Don't forget to do your ConnectEd.
