Midterm is passed, progress reports come out on Friday! Make sure that you check Aspen and find out what you are missing, and get those assignments made up before the end of the week. There are only two weeks left until the Holiday Break, and after that the time will fly by until mid-year exams.
English IB: This week students will finish reading Of Mice and Men, complete the comprehension questions, and use the Ipads to complete their Of Mice and Men Idiom ebook. Students have been working diligently to get their rough drafts done before the Ipads come.
Study Skills: CONSISTENCY is the word of the week. Consistent effort, focus and work completion are essential for being successful. It is not enough to just do the assignments, but it is essential to focus on what you are doing and the quality of your work.
Science: Students are working on Thermal Energy Projects in class. CP1 has tic tac toe due 12/11.
Math: Chapter 8 Polynomials. Homework NIGHTLY! Make sure you do the Connect Ed posts.
English and History: Follow the weekly assignment sheets. Make sure that you do Schoology posts and current events along with regular assignments.
