October 17 - October 21, 2016

Good Morning Red Team!  After some cold and rainy days, we are back to warm balmy Indian Summer days this week.  Should be nice for the Freshman Field Trip on Wednesday, October 19th to the Museum of Science.  Is your permission slip in?  Tuesday is the last day to turn in slips. 

Remember to bring a lunch--no peanut products! No backpacks to school since you don't need anything except your lunch and there is no room on the bus for backpacks. Make sure you put your name in big letters on your lunch bag.  Remember to wear your BLUE FRESHMAN shirt!!

English: To Kill A Mockingbird continues.  CP2 has a literary terms quiz on Monday--postponed from last week.  Five terms.  Keep up with your reading and reading guide questions.

History: Chapter 27(5) and 29 (2) are due this week. For next week, plan on Chapter 29 (3) and 29 (4), also a separate reading on D-Day.  Make sure you are doing your current events as well. 

There are only three weeks until the end of term 1.  Check Aspen and make sure that you are all caught up with work.  After-school help is available on Tuesday and Thursday this week to get caught up. Homework Club in room 67 on Thursday with Mr. Stanton, and I will be here both Tuesday and Thursday.  Don't put things off!
