Most of you have been making up any missing work to bring up your grade for term 3. Make sure that you take advantage of Homework Club on Tuesday and Thursday, or make arrangements to stay with a teacher so that all your make up work has been submitted by Friday, April 10.
English: To Kill A Mockingbird essay has begun, and so far you should have gotten your quote about Courage, and decided on a character from the book, a historical person, and someone you know that exemplifies Courage. Yesterday, we added 3 examples for your character, and put in information for your person. You should use your quote, as well as Atticus' quote about courage, as part of your introduction. Monday, the research for your historical character will happen during class. Your outline and rough draft will be turned in with your final draft. DO NOT lose!!!!
History: Finish up Enlightenment Thinker Presentations. Current events and Chapter 18(3) for Friday if you want double credit. Three slides for your historical figure from English is due next week to be presented Thursday. Remember to share with Mr. Stanton--mstanton@plymouth.k12.ma.us.
