Hello again. Another week has started and mid term has passed. Progress reports come out on Friday, December 14th. That means that the term is already half over. Are you happy with your grades now? If not, you have two weeks before the holiday break to get things made up and bring your grades up. Don't forget that Homework Club is on Tuesdays, or stay with your teachers. Late buses are on Tuesdays and Thursdays and leave PSHS at 4:05 p.m.
In English, the Tuesdays with Morrie journal will be due on Friday. Interviews about aphorisms are due on Wednesday, and the cover page using "Wordle" or a picture collage (to be done outside of school) needs to be completed by Friday.
In history, the culminating activity for the current chapter-- a five paragraph essay on Confucism, Legalism and Daoism principles is due Tuesday, as well as a quick quiz. World War I causes and information will begin on Wednesday. Don't forget to complete the homework assignments, and current event papers for week #4 due Monday.
Science concepts on Heat and Temperature including projects will continue for the week. Vocabulary is due today.
Algebra I CP2 are working on solving proportions, percent proportions, and scale. Real world problem solving applications will be practiced for using scale and scale drawings.
Stay on track, get your homework done, and use your agendas. Make term 2 a good one:)
